3. How does the Nochex payment system work? And is it secure?

Complete the £order form and click on Submit. Within two working days, you will be sent an invoice detailing the products ordered and the total cost. The invoice will be a request for payment from Nochex. If you have an account with Nochex already, then send the required payment and a web address will be forwarded to you from which you will be able to download the products you ordered. If you do not have a Nochex account, then you will need to open one. The process is easy and takes little time to complete. However, to ensure maximum security, it can take up to 2 days to 'load' your account with money from your debit card for the first time, so it would be time consuming for you if you were to open your Nochex account at the same time as ordering.

The system is very secure, check out the system's security by clicking on the BT symbol on the home page.

4. How does the Paypal payment system work? and is it secure?

Complete the $order form and click on Submit. Within two working days, you will be sent an invoice detailing the products ordered and the total cost. The invoice will be a request for payment from Paypal. If you have an account with Paypal already, then send the required payment and a web address will be forwarded to you from which you will be able to download the products you ordered. If you do not have a Paypal account, then you will need to open one. The process is easy and takes little time to complete. However, to ensure maximum security, the system requires you to enter a password for your account to become active. The password is generated from a number placed next to a $1 debit on your credit card account. If you have on-line access to your credit card account, then it can take only a couple of days to activate your account. If you have to wait for a statement to arrive by mail, then the process can take longer.

The system is very secure, check out the system's security by clicking on the e-trust symbol on the home page.

6. What about this £0.99 charge to 'load' my Nochex account?

Nochex charge consumers £0.99 to 'load' their account. As you will probably have paid the £0.99 transaction charge to load your account in order to buy a MathsForFun product, I will refund this cost by reducing each invoice by £0.99.
