MathsForFun was founded as a way to market mathematical products developed by Ian Edwards in his classroom over his teaching career. All products have been extensively tested at the chalk-face and have been enjoyed by students of all ages and abilities. Welcome to the MathsForFun web site (the "Site"). Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Site. Your access to and use of the Site is subject to these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and, by using the Site, you signify your agreement with them. MathsForFun reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, alter or otherwise update these Terms of Use at any time and, by your continued use of the Site, you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.

MathsForFun is very respectful about the privacy concerns of the visitors to the Site. As a general policy, no personal information is automatically collected from visitors to the Site, other than when voluntarily submitted. However, certain non-personal information of visitors is recorded by the standard operation of MathsForFun Internet servers. MathsForFun requires and makes a special effort to encourage children to consult with their parents before furnishing data. MathsForFun believes that purchasing products on the Site is absolutely safe. Purchase of products on this site by use of credit cards is faciltated by Webcredit.com. Webcredit.com uses the latest industry standard encryption technology to keep visitors personal information safe. All ordering information including the visitors name and credit card details is encrypted using SSL ("Secure Sockets Layer") for maximum security. Visitors credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to the WebCredit.com system. E-MAIL AND POSTINGS RECEIVED

Do not post any threatening or libellous e-mails or material on this Site that would be considered a violation of any law. MathsForFun will fully co-operate with any law enforcement authorities or court order requesting or directing MathsForFun to disclose the identity of anyone posting any such e-mails or materials.

JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES

Unless otherwise specified, the materials in the Site are presented solely for the purpose of entertainment and promoting mathematical products. This Site is controlled and operated by MathsForFun from its offices in Andover. MathsForFun makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations. Those who choose to access this Site from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.

This agreement shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of England. Any action you, any third party or MathsForFun bring to enforce this agreement or, in connection with, any matters related to this site shall be brought only in the courts of England and you expressly consent to the jurisdiction of said courts. If any provision of this agreement shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from this agreement and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions
